Haj hoseini has worked in turquoise Neyshabur mines for over 40 years. Recently he is managing one of the mines with his sons. He and his sons do all the work from mining to cutting and polishing the turquoise.
His eldest son manages all the financial work while his younger sons do the cutting and polishing. He believes he has never needed glasses until this age because looking at turquoise strengthens sight. Turquoise is also believed to give one a long life.
